How much do you charge?

Every solution can be tailored to your budget—whether on retainer, as a package, or on a project basis. Together we'll identify the best approach, then I’ll provide you with a complete, transparent proposal. I'll always partner with you to find the right solution that achieves your desired outcomes within your budget.

I’m busy. How much of my time will you need? 

Ultimately, my role is to support you and free up your time so you can focus on what matters most—your business. Having worked with numerous CEOs and leaders, I'm skilled at keeping projects efficient and on track. I'll ensure schedules are tight and you're kept informed of progress and milestones without draining your time and energy.

Do you work in-house?

I work remotely from my home office and support you and your in-house teams as required.

How is my project managed? 

I use a highly secure project management, scheduling and AI systems tool called Notion internally. If you have a preferred system or workflow, just let me know. Designing effective workflow systems that makes your life easier is part of my skill set.

When are office hours? 

Office hours for meetings, emails or texts are usually in the mornings on weekdays. In the afternoon, I focus deeply on your project work but you can always reach me by calling 07840 809231.

Intellectual Property Rights

You always own the work once the project is complete. I simply ask to retain the right to use the project work in my portfolio or case studies with your permission. If you have any confidential details, I will always sign an NDA.

I see every project and relationship as a valued partnership, and make it my mission to treat everyone with the respect, clarity, warmth, honesty, and loyalty we all deserve. If there is a mistake or miscommunication, I will address it immediately with you so we can resolve it efficiently and professionally. 

Terms

Payment by BACS or credit card in full is by invoice return. Projects are 50% upfront and 50% on completion unless otherwise agreed.

Retainers are scheduled flexibly to best meet your needs. You will always receive regular check-ins and updates so you know exactly where your project is.

If you are not happy with the service you receive, you will receive a 100% refund.
