How much do you charge?

Every solution can be tailored to your budget—whether on retainer, as a package, or on a project basis. Together we’ll identify the best approach, and Jennifer will provide a clear, transparent proposal. The aim is always to find the right solution to achieve your desired outcomes within your available budget.

I’m busy. How much of my time will you need?

Jennifer works with business owners and leadership teams to keep projects efficient, focused and well organised. Her role is to reduce complexity, maintain momentum and help free up your time so you can focus on running your business.

Do you work in-house?

Jennifer works remotely from her home office and supports clients and in-house teams as required.

How is my project managed?

Jennifer uses a highly secure project management, scheduling and operational systems platform called Notion internally. If you already have a preferred workflow or management system, it can be easily incorporated into the project. Designing clear and effective workflows that improve communication and efficiency is part of Jennifer’s skill set.

When are office hours?

Office hours for meetings, emails and messages are usually weekday mornings. Afternoons are typically reserved for focused project work, although you can always reach Jennifer directly on 07840 809231 if needed.

Are you on social media?

Intellectual Property Rights

You always own the work once the project is complete. Jennifer simply asks to retain permission to feature selected projects within her portfolio and case studies. If confidential or commercially sensitive information is involved, NDAs are always welcomed and respected.

Philosophy

Jennifer approaches every project as a collaborative partnership built on clarity, professionalism, honesty and mutual respect. Open communication and thoughtful problem-solving are central to the way she works, helping projects move forward efficiently and constructively.

Terms

Invoices are payable via BACS transfer upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.

New client projects are typically invoiced 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Retainer work is scheduled flexibly to best support client requirements, with regular communication and project updates provided throughout.

Jennifer Glover is not VAT registered.

Privacy & Cookies 

This website is built on Squarespace and uses cookies to function optimally. If you contact Jennifer via an email link or contact form, your message is sent directly to her inbox.

Any contact or project information you provide is stored securely using iCloud and a secure Notion Enterprise workspace. Calendars and meetings are managed through a Google Business account. Your information is used solely for the purposes of communication, project delivery and ongoing client support and is never shared without consent.

If trusted third-party suppliers are required for a project, such as photographers, developers or specialist contractors, Jennifer will always seek your approval before sharing any relevant information.

AI tools may occasionally be used to support research, workflow efficiency or operational systems. Any strategic, creative or client-facing work is always reviewed, directed and curated personally by Jennifer.
