Stonebeck is a raw, artisan cheese produced in small batches by farmers Sally and Andrew Hattan in Nidderdale, Yorkshire. Passionate about preserving and rediscovering old heritage cheese-making recipes and traditions, Sally and Andrew were a joy to support and partner with.
Jennifer worked with Sally and Andrew to develop a brand strategy, identity, and story to guide them through the formative years of recipe development. This helped them build awareness amongst stockists and supporters, positioning Stonebeck as an exclusive cheese with authentic Wensleydale status—steeped in heritage and true to the natural surroundings, wildlife, and ecosystem that shape their farm's terroir and their exceptional cheese.
They now proudly sell at Neal's Yard Dairy, foodie restaurants, and artisan farmers' markets.
