MULTI-CHANNEL FUNDRAISING SYSTEMS & OPERATIONAL DELIVERY

Jennifer worked with payment providers, software developers and internal stakeholders to support the rapid development and launch of new digital raffle and payment infrastructure within a fast-moving fundraising environment.

The project involved researching and evaluating payment technologies, API integrations and operational workflows capable of supporting multi-channel fundraising activity across both digital and offline platforms.

Working across technical, operational and commercial requirements, Jennifer helped coordinate:

  • payment and banking partnerships,

  • customer payment processes,

  • implementation planning,

  • workflow and process mapping,

  • supplier coordination,

  • campaign rollout requirements,

  • and supporting communication and marketing activity.

The project also involved supporting the development and launch of a bespoke WordPress API integration alongside associated print, email and digital campaign infrastructure.

The initiative was delivered within a compressed implementation timeframe requiring close coordination across technical, operational and commercial requirements.

The project concluded with benchmarking analysis, KPI reporting and strategic recommendations designed to support future optimisation and growth opportunities.
