Jennifer worked alongside leadership, operations and sales teams to support the ongoing development of recruitment infrastructure designed to improve candidate attraction, operational consistency and future growth capability across the organisation.
The project focuses on strengthening recruitment systems, customer and candidate journeys, operational workflows and digital recruitment infrastructure within a fast-moving national fundraising environment.
Working across operational, strategic and communication requirements, Jennifer supports:

The work also involves developing structured recruitment content, scalable campaign systems, and multi-channel recruitment infrastructure that supports multiple regions, fundraising campaigns, and partner charities, while improving clarity and consistency throughout the candidate experience.
Alongside infrastructure and operational planning, Jennifer continues to support broader growth initiatives by helping to identify recruitment bottlenecks, improve communication flows, refine recruitment positioning, and support recruitment marketing activity across digital platforms, including LinkedIn.
The ongoing project forms part of a wider operational growth strategy focused on improving scalability, recruitment effectiveness and long-term organisational support systems.
