CUSTOMER PAYMENT RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
Partnering with LFS Fundraising’s CEO, I helped address a sector-wide challenge and unlock an industry sales bottleneck. This research and development initiative lacked established market benchmarks or precedents from competitors. It required a deep investigation of technical feasibility, financial implications, legal and regulatory constraints, and market viability for a new revenue stream and operational efficiency.
I combined insights from diverse commercial sectors, identified viable e-commerce technologies, and developed a bespoke technical solution. This enabled me to build a compelling business case that secured stakeholder buy-in for product development.

Another example of a research and development project involved creating and launching a multi-channel, multi-payment gambling prototype for three external clients in four months. I devised a strategy map, independently secured banking partnerships, created marketing collateral, developed a new WordPress API plugin, and launched across print, email, and social media. The project concluded with a detailed benchmarking report and recommendations for next steps.
